Modular workshop with Malika Boudissa

Sunday, July 24th 12:00pm -2:00pm at Crashbox

Join Malika Boudissa as she discusses the basics of modular synthesis and shares her sound design experience. This class is open to everyone, no previous knowledge of synthesizers or electronic music is required. There will be six sets of gear available and we’ll encourage attendees to share and collaborate.

Malika is a composer, sound designer, multimedia artist, performer and DJ based in Austin, Tx formally trained in music performance, saxophone, and audio engineering. She is an educator in sound synthesis and music technology, and supported by Teenage Engineering’s global platform: #ems [electronic music school]. Her relationship with sound and creative technology is as expansive as her relationship with music, and she brings her dynamic background to all her projects and classes.
